🔹 1. Opening Video Proof (Mandatory)

Customers must record a full, uncut video from the moment they receive the sealed parcel until it is fully opened.

The video must clearly show:

✔️ The outer packaging and intact seal

✔️ The full opening process (no cuts, no pauses, no edits)

✔️ The condition of the product after opening

⚠️ Without this video proof, return/exchange requests cannot be accepted.

🔹 2. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if:

The product received is damaged, or

A wrong item is sent.

✅ Valid opening video proof is required.

🔹 3. Return & Size Issues

We always send the exact size ordered by the customer.

If the size received is correct but doesn’t fit, return/exchange is possible under the following conditions:

Customer must pay both side courier charges (return + replacement).

Replacement will be sent after we receive the returned product.

👉 Tip: If you prefer a loose/relaxed fit, order one size bigger.

All size measurements are clearly mentioned in the product description.

Please check your measurements carefully before placing the order.

🔹 5. Order Cancellation

❌ Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
